Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and you receive an order confirmation from Reji Designs. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or any other legitimate business reason. In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Payment : All payments made on our website are securely processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment partners. Reji Designs does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, net banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information. By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment gateway to process your transaction securely.

6. Shipping and Delivery : We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within the estimated processing time displayed on our website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, Reji Designs shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds : Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, unboxing video and supporting photos. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Products that have been used, altered, customized, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
