At Reji Designs, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality sarees, dress materials, and other fashion products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns : We accept return requests only for products that are received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete condition, or if the product delivered is different from the one ordered. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within **48 hours** of receiving the order. The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, free from stains, perfumes, or alterations, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, invoices, and accessories intact. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Products : For hygiene and quality reasons, products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for return or exchange. Customized, tailored, or specially ordered products are also non-returnable unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of certain fabrics shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for a return or refund.

3. Return Process : If you wish to request a return, please contact our customer support team within the eligible return period by emailing admin@rejidesigns.com or calling 9249058180. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the product and the defect or damage, if applicable. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process. Products should not be returned without prior authorization from Reji Designs.

4. Inspection and Approval : Once the returned product is received, our quality team will inspect it to verify that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. If the return is approved, we will proceed with either a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. Reji Designs reserves the right to reject any return request that does not satisfy the eligibility requirements.

5. Refunds : Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment service provider. Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, gift wrapping charges, or any additional service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Reji Designs.

6. Exchanges : Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another available product of equal value, subject to stock availability. If the replacement product is priced higher than the original purchase, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement product costs less, the balance amount will be refunded or provided as store credit, as determined by Reji Designs.

7. Cancellation of Orders : Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy. If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders : If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos of the product and its packaging. We will investigate the issue and, if the claim is verified, arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Limitation of Liability : Reji Designs reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy. Our liability for any approved claim shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, payment gateways, courier partners, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to This Policy : Reji Designs may update or revise this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business practices, legal requirements, or operational procedures. Any updates will be posted on this page along with the revised effective date. Continued use of our website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
